I have already told many times what seasonings I cook at home. I rarely buy spices in the store. I have a seasoning for each dish.

But there are also those that are suitable for many dishes. In the video below, I have shared these recipes. There is my favorite Adyghe salt, the "Invisible" seasoning (my secret of delicious dishes), green salt (which you can add to almost all dishes) and seasoning "Sweetie" (this is just my find!) And today I will tell you why I dry a lot of celery. And what am I preparing from it.

My celery (stems), wipe well with a towel and cut. How to cut is not at all important. But the thinner the better.

I spread the chopped celery on the wire mesh. And I will dry. Can be dried in many different ways! You can set a low temperature in the oven, you can dry it in the sun or in the microwave. But I usually dry in a vegetable dryer. Any dryer will do here! Expensive, cheap - it doesn't matter. They dry the same))

I also dry parsley, dill and onions to make my green salt.

Then I grind everything together in a blender practically into dust. If you don't have a very powerful blender, it may not be able to handle celery, unfortunately. Then you can use a coffee grinder (then it is very important to dry the celery well)

Here is a green and very fragrant dust:

I put it in a jar and add salt. I definitely add salt! Otherwise the seasoning will clump!

I mix well and that's it. I keep it in the closet. Why did I write that 3 kilograms of celery will not be enough for me... Because I use this seasoning every day.

Where I add it:
- in soups (especially lean dishes, she "decorates" with aromas)
- in sauces (for fish, meat and vegetables)
- in casseroles (any)
- in marinades (for fish and meat)
- I cook vegetables with her in a frying pan
- sprinkle the fish and bake it (very tasty!)
- homemade crackers for soup or salad (it turns out incredibly tasty!)
And that's not even all! In many dishes I just use it instead of salt. Even scrambled eggs (the most common scrambled eggs) with this salt are tastier!

Try this green salt once - and you will cook it constantly, I'm sure! All my friends are already using it. And we are very satisfied!

Fish with green salt

RECIPE for green salt (this is for one small portion, but I recommend immediately cooking more):

• Celery stalk - 400-450 g
• Parsley - 100-150 g
• Dill - 100-150 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Salt - 3 tbsp.
