But what if the cucumbers are needed for a snack or salad, and they turned out to be too sour?

Surely many people know this little secret. But, perhaps, this advice will be useful to someone.

Everything is very simple. Here's my jar of cucumbers. With very sour cucumbers.

All you need to do to "beat" the acid is to add sugar. For a liter jar, 1-2 tablespoons. After making the pickle, I have 0.5 liters left. Therefore, I add an incomplete tablespoon.

I cover the jar with a lid and mix well to dissolve the sugar. After a few hours, the cucumbers can be eaten.

I assure you, it won't be sweet! But it’s not sour at all. The taste is much better! Can be served with potatoes))
