More often than not, we just eat apples fresh. But if there are a lot of them (as now), I make preparations for the winter, jams, marshmallows and make delicious apple pies.

In the video below, there are 5 recipes that I cook more often than others. Incredibly delicious lavash apple pie (definitely worth trying!), Bulk apple pie, preparation for winter pies, apple pancakes and apple cookies. Take a look - you will definitely like:

I also really love charlotte. I have already shared the charlotte recipe, I will leave a link to the recipe at the end of the article.

Now jam. Delicious apple jam. It's also very fast! 8 minutes - and you're done!

How to make apple jam

I rub the apples on a coarse grater. To do this, I cut them into 4 parts, cut out the middle and then rub. The skin remains in the hands. Very comfortably! You can, of course, first peel the apple, and then grate. But it seems to me that the first option is more economical.

How I grate apples and make "quick" jam, I showed in the video below at 01:24. There is also a recipe for quick pancakes:

I put the grated apples in a glass or ceramic container. I have a 0.5 liter cup. I grated 3 medium apples.

I add a teaspoon of lemon juice, 2-2.5 tablespoons of sugar (here to taste) and mix it all.

I put the cup in the microwave and cook for 7-8 minutes at 700W. I mix the apples at least 2 times during this time.

All! I let the jam cool down and you can taste it)) In the refrigerator, this jam is stored for about two months. But I usually cook a little so that I can drink tea two or three times.

We love this jam with pancakes. Delicious! And fast!

RECIPE:

• Apples - 3 pcs.
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
