My potatoes, peel with a hard sponge and boil in salted water for 12-15 minutes.
Preparing a dressing. Olive oil + seasoning for potato dishes + breadcrumbs + a clove of fresh garlic through a press.
I always use crackers only homemade (those from the store - bitter). How I prepare such crackers, see the video at the end of the article. You can, of course, add any of your favorite spices.
The composition of my seasoning: garlic, savory, coriander, onion, paprika, marjoram, dill and pepper.
I add this mixture to the boiled potatoes, stir and place the potatoes in a greased dish. You can rub the top with cheese - and in the oven. 180 degrees 10 minutes.
