I'll make the dough. My favorite will be here - on boiling water! Sift 3 cups of flour into a bowl. In a separate plate, beat the egg with vegetable oil and salt a little and pour it into the dough.

I knead first with a spoon (because it's hot), and then with my hands. The dough does not stick to your hands. Knead and put in a bag. I leave it for 15-20 minutes.
In the meantime, I'll do the stuffing. Knead the curd with a fork, add the egg yolk, a little salt and sugar. You can add vanillin if you like. I stir it.
The dough is "rested". You can make dumplings. This is the kind of dough it turns out: very elastic and "obedient". It is easy and pleasant to work with him. And you no longer need to add flour! The kitchen is always clean!
Roll out / from the dough "sausage" and cut into pieces. I never cut out dough with a glass - I find it very inconvenient. The pieces of dough that remain are not always rolled out. Much faster this way.
