Fried bell peppers with garlic and tomatoes: I cook 4 servings for two, otherwise not enough

First, I prepared 3 things for testing - I did not notice how they ate. Next time I took 7 pieces - it was still not enough! Now I cook 10-12 pieces at once - and again nothing remains 😊

My pepper, wipe it dry and cut on top.

I cut the garlic into thin slices, and the tomatoes into slices. If the tomatoes are large, I cut the circles into several more pieces.

Now I'm filling the peppers. In the middle I put 2-3 slices of garlic and 2-3 slices of tomato.

Yes, I do not remove seeds from pepper! I fry with them. This makes the dish more aromatic and juicy! When the pepper is ready, the middle is very easy to remove. And I also remove the garlic (we don't eat it) - it's here for flavor.

I spread the peppers in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Salt and cook under the lid until golden brown. Periodically open the lid and flip the peppers.

There are splashes, of course. But you can, for example, remove the pan from the heat, then open the lid and turn the peppers. And put on fire again.

Put the finished pepper on a plate, season with vinegar and sprinkle with herbs. All! You can serve! The aroma is incredible! It's very, very tasty! With any side dish, with meat dishes or just like that, without anything. Therefore, I cook this pepper very often. And it doesn't get bored!

• Apple or table vinegar 9% - 1 tsp.
