We call this Pizza Onion Pizza 😊. Delicious. And the preparation is very simple. The ingredients are the most common ones that I always have in my kitchen! Those who try this dish for the first time do not even believe that there is ordinary onion in the filling))

Making dough.
To do this, add dry yeast to the sifted flour (I take about 300 g). I stir.
This also includes salt, sugar, vegetable oil and a glass of warm water. I knead the dough. It is very sticky to your hands. I leave the dough in a warm place under a towel for 30 minutes.
Filling.
At this time, I cut the onion into half rings.
I fry the onion in a little vegetable oil until soft. Salt the onion, add black pepper and a little (50 g) bacon. Any bacon will do (but you don't have to add it!). I always have a piece in my freezer, so I always add - it tastes better with it!
After 2-3 minutes, add sour cream.
I stir. After a couple of minutes, remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and let cool slightly. Then I add the egg and mix well again. The filling is ready.
30 minutes passed. I add more flour (100-150 g) to the dough and knead so that it doesn't stick to my hands.
Roll out the dough and put it on a greased baking sheet.
I distribute the filling on top.
I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. I cook for 20-25 minutes. But look in your oven!
All! Done! Cut into portions and serve immediately. The cake is quite large. Enough for the whole family! And it is very, very tasty! Even without bacon, it's delicious! I can't believe right away that it is so delicious! I highly recommend trying it!
If I'm too lazy to "bother" with the dough, I buy ready-made. But this rarely happens))
Pie recipe:
• Onions - 500 g
• Bacon - 50 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 50 g
• Ground black pepper
• Vegetable oil
• Salt
For the dough (if ready - 400-450 g):
• Flour - 350-450 g
• Warm water - 250 ml
• Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
