Hi friends, this is "Kitchen Inside Out". I have long wanted to share this recipe with you. Now there is just a reason - soon March 8. And this cake can be a good gift)) It is really sooooo delicious!

All you need is gingerbread, bananas and sour cream. No need to bake, dilute, whisk or brew anything! Of the tools you need - a knife and a spoon.

When the cake is well soaked, it looks a lot like a banana sponge cake. Delicious!

I cut the gingerbread into pieces. Something like this:

I collect the edges of the gingerbreads in a deep plate and grind them into crumbs.

I cut the bananas into slices. It is best to use ripe bananas.

Now you need some kind of deep container. A bowl, saucepan, plastic container, or box of something. I have a deep salad bowl. I line the inside with cling film in several layers:

And collect the cake. The bottom layer is pieces of gingerbread (I put them closer to each other). Then sour cream (the most common sour cream!). I usually take 20%. I don't add sugar - there is enough of it in gingerbread.

More sour cream - then the cake will be softer.

The next layer is bananas. Then again gingerbread, sour cream, bananas ...

The top layer is gingerbread and sour cream again. I wrap the edges of the film and put the cake in the refrigerator to soak it well. I usually make a cake in the evening, and in the morning you can already serve it for tea.

Like any cake, it tastes better if it is soaked well (which is at least 6-8 hours).

Then I take the cake out of the refrigerator. I put it on a plate, remove the film. Top with a little more sour cream and sprinkle with prepared crumbs. All! You can serve!
