While everyone is at home, we gather at the table more often. Here is a reason to remember your favorite cake recipes! #home is not boring
W here are THREE recipes for cakes that I cook WITHOUT OVEN. In an ordinary frying pan!
Sponge cake with curd custard and aromatic impregnation.
It is not difficult to prepare. And you don't have to wait long until it gets saturated! Serve in an hour! The cake is very-very tender and insanely delicious!
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light foam appears. I pour in the milk, then add the sifted flour in portions. Sift the cocoa powder, baking powder and vanillin. I stir it. At the very end, I add vegetable oil.
Grease the pan with oil and pour the dough. From this amount of ingredients, I usually get 5 cakes.
Spread the dough over the pan and cook under the lid until bubbles appear. Then I turn the cake over and cook on the other side for another minute (also under the lid)
Remove from the pan and let the cakes cool completely. At this time, I will prepare the impregnation and cream.
Impregnation
The cake will be dry without it! Therefore, I always saturate the cakes. My favorite chocolate sponge soak is coffee. 2 tsp natural coffee and 2 tbsp. Sahara. pour a glass of boiling water, bring to a boil, pour into a plate and let cool completely.
Cream
You can take any cream for this cake! But I like the curd cheese the most. I will leave a few recipes for cake cream at the end of the video. For this cake, I made a curd custard. Mixed with a mixer 200 g of soft curd cheese and 5 tablespoons full of custard. I showed how I make custard in the video at the beginning of the article))
The cakes have cooled down, I cut them with a lid so that they turn out to be the same diameter. Grind the cuts in a blender (I will decorate the cake with them on top)
Collecting the cake. Soak the cake with the cooled syrup. For one cake about 2 tbsp. impregnation. Then a cream, again a cake, impregnation, cream, etc.
Cover the cake with cream and decorate with prepared crumbs. I put it in the refrigerator for an hour so that the cakes are well saturated and the cream froze a little. And that's it! You can serve!
Moderately sweet and very tender biscuit with a pleasant coffee note and a very tasty cream with a slight curd sourness. The perfect combination)) It's sooooo difficult to limit yourself to one piece!
