Bright, juicy, tasty and very hot! We prepare unusual wings for get-togethers with friends with a mug of foam or just for dinner.

Canadian wings: the perfect snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings (shoulder)
  • 100 g fruit puree (any baby will do)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 100 g tomato sauce (not ketchup!)
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l. seasoning for meat or poultry with paprika and herbs

How to cook:

1. In a bowl, combine the seasonings, tomato and soy sauce, fruit puree, juice of half a lemon, minced garlic and sugar. No salt is required in this recipe.

You can use tomato paste mixed with water.

2. Divide the sauce into three portions. Use one part to marinate the wings.

Put the chicken in the marinade, stir and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. The longer you marinate, the better.

To wash less dishes afterwards, this process is more convenient to do in a tight bag.

3. Put the pickled wings in a baking dish, slightly drizzled with oil.

4. Bake the wings for the first 20 minutes under foil at 200 degrees. Then remove it and grease the wings with the second part of the sauce using a brush.

5. Bake for another 20 minutes.

6. When serving, ready-made hot wings are smeared with sauce for the third time right in the mold.
