Today I want to share the recipe withalata symbol of the year "Year of the bull". Such a cute salad will perfectly fit on the New Year's table. The salad itself is prepared from simple products that complement each other and, in general, an exquisite, delicate and pleasant taste is obtained.

Recipe:
Chicken breast -250 g
Eggs -3-5pcs
Green apple -1pc
Walnuts -50g
Cheese -80g
Onion -1pc
Mayonnaise - to taste
COOKING METHOD
First, let's boil the chicken breast. To make the chicken breast juicy, I cook it like this. Pour water into a saucepan, now you need to wait for the water to boil, and only then lower the chicken breast, my breast weight is about 250 grams. Be sure to salt, I add half a tsp. Close the lid and cook over high heat for exactly 7 minutes.
Now we immediately remove the pan from the heat and leave the meat in the broth until it cools completely. During this time, the meat will reach and be juicy.
Boil 5 eggs at the same time, I always add a little salt, then the eggs, even if they burst during cooking, will not flow out.
Peel the eggs, divide them into white and yolk. But first, let's prepare everything for salad decoration. Cut off 2 smaller and larger circles from the protein, 2 rings.
Cut out the horns and ears. It should look something like this.
Now rub the remaining protein on a fine grater and separately rub the yolks. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Dry the walnuts in a pan, so they will be tastier.
Let the nuts cool and grind with a blender.
Now that the breast has cooled down, you can remove it from the broth and cut it into cubes.
Cut the onion into cubes, pour the onion with boiling water for about 30 seconds, now drain the water and fill it with cold water. We drain the water. In this way, the onion will lose its bitterness and will not smell harsh.
I made mayonnaise homemade, as I make it, I have already shared it many times on my channel, I will leave the link in the description. For convenience, I put mayonnaise in a bag, and cut off a corner.
Let's start assembling the salad. I will do it in the form of an oval, you can make a circle or a square, in general, everything is at your discretion.
Put proteins in the first layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Put the chicken breast in the second layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Put the prepared onion in the third layer.
We take a green apple, it fits better here, peel it, rub it on a coarse grater and lay it in the fourth layer.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put egg yolks in the fifth layer, grease with mayonnaise.
With the sixth layer grated cheese, grease well with mayonnaise
And sprinkle with walnuts on top.
Now we put our prepared egg decor, made eyes and nostrils from raisins. I also put a bow in my mouth. This is my New Year's salad.
