The key to health is pure blood. When the blood is of "good quality", then all the cells of the body are "full and satisfied", because it copes with its task and successfully supplies them with oxygen.
If the intestines are kept clean, then the blood will also be cleaner than in people with increased slagging. After all, everything in the body is interconnected and blood is taken in the large intestine.
We periodically make ourselves such a green cocktail to cleanse our "bloods". The state of health is excellent ("pah-pah"!)
Ingredients:
1. Parsley - a bunch (cleans blood vessels, there is more vitamin C than lemon)
2. Lemon - a slice (stimulates the release of bile, cleansing the intestines, helps "thicken" the blood)
3. Ginger Powder - pinch (great blood cleaner, germicidal)
4. Black peppercorns - 1 pc (cleanses the blood)
5. Laminaria - a pinch (algae fiber weakens)
6. Glass water (melted water has better fluidity and better penetrates into cells)
Preparation
We take a bunch of parsley (by the way, in the garden bed under the snow it is safe and sound, also sweet), wash it well (we drop a drop of hydrogen peroxide into the water for better disinfection).
They cut into a blender container, squeezed lemon juice, tossed pepper, sprinkled ginger powder and kelp. Added warm water.
Grind for about a minute. Then we filter through a strainer and get a liquid cocktail for "purifying the blood" and a green pulp from fiber for bowel cleansing (on detox days we first eat gruel, then drink liquid chlorophyll, do it in the morning clock). Have a nice day, dear friends! :)
