Today I want to share the recipe Puff salad with sprats. Incredibly delicious salad, I make it for every holiday, relatives and guests love it and eat it almost first from the table. Although the set of products is very simple. I saw the recipe for a long time in the culinary magazine Our Kitchen, so it has taken root in our family forever.

Recipe:

Sprats -1 can

Potatoes -3pcs

Carrots -2 pcs

Onion -2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers -3 pcs

Eggs -4 pcs

Mayonnaise - to taste

Salt to taste

Greens to taste

COOKING METHOD

Grate 2 raw carrots on a coarse grater, cut 2 onions into cubes. Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, put onion and fry it until translucent, add carrots and fry everything together until the carrots are soft. Remove from heat and let cool.

Boiled potatoes 3 tubers, 4 boiled eggs, rub on a coarse grater. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Knead a jar of sprats with a fork along with oil.
We collect salad in layers, you can just in a salad bowl.

Put carrots with onions in the fourth layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Put grated eggs in the fifth layer.
Lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
Let the salad grow stronger in the refrigerator and remove the mold. Salad ready.
