👌 Quite often I look into my old culinary notebook - after all, it contains already proven recipes for the most delicious dishes and pastries!

And today I want to invite you to cook delicious and simple cookies for tea using one such recipe. Cookies are prepared very quickly, without any problems, and they turn out to be tastier than the most expensive cookies from the store. Doubt? And you try to cook and see for yourself.

Let's start cooking ...

First of all, break into any suitable bowl 1 small chicken egg. And rub it lightly with a whisk, without much zeal - that is, you do not need to beat until fluffy foam.

Now we pour 1 tbsp. l. Sahara - sweeter lovers can add 1 more spoon and beat again. The sugar grains should dissolve almost completely. Sugar can be replaced with powdered sugar, then the cookies will be even more tender.

Next, pour into the mixture 100 ml of kefir and 60 ml vegetable oil. Mix again.

Now we sift part of the flour (you need 250-280 g in total) together with baking powder (1 tsp. l.), we begin to knead the dough. Then, in parts, add the remaining flour and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. The amount of flour depends a lot on its quality, so you may need a little more or less flour than I needed. Focus on the consistency of the dough and try not to clog it with excess flour.

Sprinkle the working surface of the table with flour, spread the dough and roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Try to form a rectangle or square right away (this is not difficult), and not a circle, so that you get fewer clippings. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the rolled dough and distribute it over the entire surface, first with your hands, and then roll it a little with a rolling pin so that the sugar is pressed into the dough.

We cut the layer into small squares. Or diamonds.

We transfer the prepared cookies to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and send them to bake in the oven.

Cookies are baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. The biscuits are very soft with a crispy sugar crust on top. A quick and easy treat. Cook, taste, Enjoy your tea!
