Good day, festive mood and delicious weight loss!
For many, as it turned out, there is an amazing thing when you lose weight. We are all accustomed to the fact that we almost starve, sit on strict diets in the hope of losing weight.
This was my main mistake. Hunger, restrictions, lack of favorite foods in the diet, because someone said that they cannot be - and all in order to lose weight.
But such restrictions inevitably lead to breakdowns and jams.
Now I know that you can eat almost anything and still lose weight. And all this is due to the fact that I control my nutrition by counting calories, and also keep the balance of the BJU.
As an example of a menu for counting calories, I will show my diet for the day.
My early breakfast consisted, as usual, of what can be quickly prepared. I dried 85 g of bread and made sandwiches with melted cheese (40 g) and chicken pastroma (90 g). I drank green tea - my favorite, with jasmine.
Breakfast 400 kcal.
The sandwiches of many were terrified during the two years that I had been walking towards my goal. After all, bread is not allowed, they told me, they recover from it. And people did not understand in any way that we were not recovering specifically from bread or dumplings, or spaghetti, or potatoes. We are recovering from overeating. And you can overeat with the most correct and supposedly allowed food for weight loss. You can also overeat chicken breast and buckwheat and get more energy from them in total than your body needs.
After breakfast, some household chores and it's time to get ready for Moscow on business. Before leaving, I drank more green tea and ate one marshmallow for 115 kcal
It was not clear what time we would return home and decided to have a little snack before the road.
Having finished their business in Moscow, we stopped at a store. I keep looking for white plates so that there is no border and reflective pattern. But I just can't find it - sometimes I don't like it at all, sometimes it's too expensive.
I want to replace the plates in the photo for a long time, so as not to suffer with glitter and not to irritate the eyes of readers with glare. But I haven't found "my" plates yet.
We returned home when dinner time had already passed. I really wanted to eat. And I just wanted to make everyone dumplings and eat for pleasure. What I did!
I weigh the frozen dumplings and boil them. I count the calorie content by the weight of frozen dumplings - I already even know exactly how much 1 piece weighs.
I had lunch for 415 kcal. These are 180 g of dumplings and 20 g of sour cream 10%.
I want to show you what a wonderful gift the readers gave me today for the New Year. I would say a gorgeous gift - because it is made by hand.
It turned out that my reader works in the clinic where I go to treat wreaths. And her mother makes very beautiful jewelry with her golden hands. Just look what beauty is now in our collection of Christmas tree decorations:
It's a pity the photo does not convey all the beauty, because the heart shimmers and sparkles into a living one - you can't take your eyes off.
I even attached a box from a toy - it is worth decorating and creating a New Year's mood!

I attached a heart to the Christmas tree and sat down to admire and eat the most New Year's fruit - tangerines.
Ate as much as 300 g - 115 kcal
For dinner I ate chicken roll with vegetable omelet and salad - it's good when there is food prepared in advance in the fridge. Because I didn't want to cook dinner.
Dinner - 200 g of chicken roll and 150 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil.
Happened 410 kcal.
And in the evening I enjoyed a sea buckthorn-orange drink with a spoonful of honey. Now this drink, apparently, will be with me for a while as those calories that I am still afraid to add to my daily calorie intake, although it is high time to increase it by another 50-100 kcal.
The result of the day is 1455 kcal. B - 95, F - 55, U - 130.
