How to cook
Squids first. I fill them with boiling water, then immediately transfer them to ice water and clean them of films and entrails.
I cook in salted water for 1.5 - 2 minutes. And cut into strips.
I also cut the red fish. I grate cheese and eggs.
I spread the fish in the bottom layer.
Then some mayonnaise and eggs. I press down a little with a spoon.
Now the squid layer. I pre-mixed them with a spoonful of mayonnaise.
I put grated cheese and red caviar on top. Take off the serving ring and put the salad on the table!
I don't cook a lot of such salad. He's very satisfying. And very, very tasty! I recommend cooking for the New Year's table!
RECIPE:
• Lightly salted red fish - 150 g
• Squids - 2-3 carcasses
• Red caviar - 2 tbsp. with a slide
• Parmesan - 60 g
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
My serving ring is 11 cm
