She lost 63 kilograms in 2 years. No hungry diets - just food control. I show my slimness menu.

For many years I struggled with being overweight, but there was no victory. I almost gave up on myself, seizing another breakdown.

It's good that at one point I realized that I should not go on diets, but change my diet, change your eating habits, control your diet always and consciously approach the choice products. Then you will not have to sit on children and check your willpower.

I eliminated overeating by controlling CBFU (calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates). And only with the help of calorie counting did I manage to achieve results that I never dreamed of. At the same time, I eat tasty, satisfying and there can be no talk of any breakdowns.

The basic rule of losing weight is to consume less energy from food than you spend.

Slenderness is easy to achieve, but you must not lose your beauty with health.

It is the counting of KBZhU that gives us the opportunity to slim down as comfortably as possible and give the body the substances and trace elements it needs.

As an example of a menu on the calculation of KBZHU, I will show my diet.

By January 6, they had eaten up all the sweets, and in general the refrigerator was somehow empty.

And my husband pleased us with an omelet, from which I read KBZHU.

My breakfast is 340 g of omelet - 335 kcal.

And with tea I ate 20 g of bitter chocolate - 110 kcal. I really wanted sweets with tea and did not deny myself.

After breakfast, we went to the skating rink, which was filled in at the stadium in the neighboring town.

For several days I call you to active rest, so I myself try to actively spend part of the holidays and not overeat.

This year I barely remembered how to skate.

Dashed off, breathed in the air and went home just in time for dinner. True, we went home through the store - food supplies need to be replenished.

At home we had lunch with pea soup. Yesterday I cooked it - we missed the first one, we haven't eaten it since 2020.

She baked buns with poppy seeds with her own. She herself did not want to eat, but still she was tempted and ate a puff pastry bun with poppy seeds with tea - 300 kcal.

Counting KBZHU is good because you can even add a bun or other delicious food to your diet and still get slimmer!

Thanks to your comments, I remembered that I also have pork tongues in the freezer and cooked them. My tongues were very small. And I decided that we would eat them for dinner, still hot, to eat from the heart.

Dinner - 140 g of boiled potatoes, 110 g of boiled pork tongue and 100 g of tomato.

Happened for dinner 365 kcal.

During the day, there were also cashew nuts (20 g) - 130 kcal.

That's how I got my 1495 kcal, and I also ate some goodies. B - 73, F - 69, U - 121.

But today there is a problem with water - I drank a little, and my norm is about 2 liters of water a day. Don't forget to drink some water. Sometimes it is problematic, forgotten or does not want to drink water at all. But you need to slowly accustom yourself to the drinking regime.
