Quick and very tasty pita rolls for every day. They are perfect for a snack or breakfast for the whole family. They turn out to be moderately satisfying with a salty and fragrant curd filling.
These pita and cottage cheese snack rolls are prepared very simply and quickly. The whole baking process will take no more than 15-20 minutes. The set of products is the most minimal and accessible to everyone. The curd filling for these rolls can be made both savory and sweet, adding sugar, raisins or dried apricots instead of dill and salt.

Ingredients:
- lavash thin - 2 pcs.
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- butter - 40 g
- eggs -1 pc.
- salt - to taste
- fresh dill (frozen) - bunch
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the filling. We shift the cottage cheese into a bowl, salt it to taste and add chopped dill. I added frozen dill. We mix everything well. The filling is ready.
2. We spread a sheet of pita bread and evenly spread half of the filling on it. Fillings from 400 g of cottage cheese are enough for 2 sheets of pita bread. Spread pieces of butter on top of the curd.
3. Lavash with filling tightly rolled into a roll. In the same way, we start and roll the second pita bread into a roll.
Cut the rolls into small portions.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter. We transfer prepared rolls into it.
Brush the top of the rolls with the beaten egg. This will give an appetizing golden color and a crispy crust.
5. We put the snack in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes.
The appetizer is ready, you can serve it on the table. These pita rolls are very tasty both hot and cold. You can experiment with these rolls by adding different greens to the cottage cheese.
