We make a delicious cocktail of winter melon and parsley (parsley under the snow is there all winter in every vegetable garden, though not everywhere there are melons, but you can take the recipe on a note and in the future in the season to do or prepare everything in advance, freeze, dry - make a marshmallow, a melon pigtail or save it by others ways).
Parsley contains a valuable substance (similar to Austin) that prevents tumor formation, and the melon gives a pleasant taste and has an anthelmintic effect, i.e. also aimed at cleansing organism.
Ingredients:
1. Melon - a piece of 2x10 cm
2. Parsley - bunch
3. Water - 1-2 glasses
Preparation
We take the greens, wash them well, cut them, put them in a blender container, add the melon pulp (by the way, you can use the seeds and get melon milk), add warm water.
Beat everything together for about a minute at high speed, pour into a mug or glass (if with seeds, then filter through a strainer) and enjoy the new products.
This milky-green melon-parsley cocktail tastes good (it is drunk in small sips in the morning without mixing with other food additives).
