Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for Rozochki cottage cheese cookies. I recommend immediately increasing the portion by 2-3 times. Cookies just melt in your mouth! Very tasty, tender and of course healthy, because it contains healthy cottage cheese.

Recipe:
Cottage cheese -180g.
Yolk -1 pc.
Sugar -60g.
Salt -1 / 4 tsp.
Butter -60gr.
Flour -150-200g.
Baking powder -1 tsp.
Vanillin - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Divide the egg into white and yolk. For cooking, we only need an egg yolk. Add 1 tbsp. sugar and grind the yolk with sugar well.
We measure 180 grams of cottage cheese, add 60 grams of softened butter. I slightly drowned it in the microwave. And grind the butter with cottage cheese well, now add the remaining sugar, salt ΒΌ tsp, egg yolk with sugar and mix.
Let's measure out 150 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and now gradually add flour with baking powder to the dough. You may need more flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the yolk, I needed another 50 grams.
The dough should be elastic and not sticky to your hands. We put the dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Now we take out the dough and roll out a layer about 5 mm thick, cut out the round pieces with a glass.
We take 3 circles, put them in a row with a small fly-fishing on top of each other and fold the tube. We cut it into 2 equal parts and get 2 roses. We correct the shape, if necessary, we fasten it.
Put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar. We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
It is suitable for breakfast and afternoon tea. It is especially tasty with a cup of warm milk.
