Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope that the recipes I published will be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
On my channel you can find many recipes for various salads - with meat, vegetable, seasoned with mayonnaise, vegetable oil and even without dressing... And in most cases, all instant recipes... All these salads have been tried by me, and if they are really tasty - so I write, delicious! I add a postscript to some recipes... For an amateur!
Today I want to bring to your attention one more salad called "Pheasant" with chicken :). I tried it for the first time - I did everything according to the proposed recipe... Delicious, but still next time I'll try replace fresh cucumbers with pickles, I think this will be a more "correct" combination.
Cooking ingredients:
Boiled chicken breast - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs (raw) —3 pcs.
Hard cheese (like Dutch) - 100 g
Fresh cucumbers (I have small ones) —2 pcs.
Mayonnaise for dressing
Greens to taste
Salt, black pepper
Getting started cooking ...
Boil the chicken breast (although you can use meat from the thigh) in salted water until tender, then discuss and cut into small pieces. Or we divide by fibers.
While the chicken breast is boiling, you can have time to cook egg pancakes - break the eggs into a bowl, add a couple of pinches of salt, whisk lightly. And then fry 3-4 thin pancakes in a preheated pan, lightly greasing it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Twist the prepared egg pancakes into a roll and cut into strips.
Cucumbers, like chicken breast, cut into small pieces / cubes.
We put all the ingredients in a bowl, rub the cheese on a coarse grater here and add the chopped greens.
For dressing, add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, pepper a little and mix. Salad ready! Cook, taste, bon appetit!
I do not recommend it !!! prepare such a salad in advance, for example, in the morning for an evening meal - the cucumbers begin to secrete juice, and the salad becomes watery. Maybe this will not happen with pickled cucumbers!
