✅Today I want to share a quick, simple and very convenient way to separate cabbage leaves for stuffed cabbage. A miracle, not a way!
Previously, I usually boiled a head of cabbage in a saucepan, gradually removed the leaves and continued this way until I reach the stump.
Sometimes baked in the oven in a baking sleeve, after cutting out the "rag".
It also happened that I froze the whole cabbage head in the freezer (after removing the stump first), but this is very long and not at all convenient, since you need to have free space in the freezer, and also time. It is not always possible to do this in advance.
😉But all these methods are not very convenient, they require a lot of time and effort.
More recently, I came across a new way to prepare cabbage for cabbage rolls quickly and effortlessly. This was the first time I tried it and I really liked it. Now - this will be my favorite way!
