After the New Year holidays, some of them will surely begin to struggle again with excess weight, which has also increased thanks to the festive feasts.

So may your struggle be successful this time for the last time.

From 132kg to 68kg eating deliciously and not starving. My slimness menu - I eat both sushi and sandwiches.

If you want, like me, to break out of the vicious circle of diets, to build and maintain your result, you need to understand that:

  • diets are temporary, therefore the result is temporary.
  • as soon as we return to the previous diet after the diet, excess weight also returns.

To maintain the result and be always slim and beautiful, you need to constantly monitor your diet.

Thanks to counting calories, I realized what my mistake was. Like many others, I thought I was eating little. But the food that I ate was very high in calories and mainly contained fast carbohydrates - that's the excess weight that constantly returned, and even brought friends with it.

With the help of calorie counting and BJU, I managed to change my diet, my eating habits have changed, and what seemed tasty before now seems too fat and heavy.

As an example of a diet for calculating KBZHU, I will show my menu. Today is the day when I ate rolls that fit perfectly into my diet.

For breakfast there were sandwiches with homemade turkey drumstick ham. It's been a while since I cooked a ham. The ham was successful this time as never before! I decided to chop the meat with a knife into rather large pieces, but did not use the minced meat at all.

Sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (75 g) with 120 g of homemade ham - 370 kcal.

I drank green tea with sandwiches.

Somehow it happened with us on these holidays that we are active every other day. Yesterday we sat at home and rested, but I cooked food, but today we decided to take a walk. And my husband literally tempted me with rolls.

Therefore, after breakfast, I did not eat anything until lunch, so as not to go over calories per day, because the plans are rolls!

Before lunch we left for Moscow - it was necessary to solve some business and then we can rest and walk.

We dined with rolls and drank a drink with sea buckthorn, lemon, papaya and some other fruit.

Based on the calorie content indicated in the menu, my lunch went out to 755 kcal total.

By the way, I spied on new versions of vitamin drinks with sea buckthorn and not only with it! I will try to cook and tell you.

And after lunch we went for a walk to Sokolniki Park:

Every time I walk in Sokolniki, I want to try the Czech Trdelnik dessert. Today I went to the kiosk where they cook trdelnik and when I saw how huge it was, I imagined how much there are calories, along with cream and cream, which are added to it, and all the desire to try it with me gone. Because I still remember what overeating leads to, photos of past years still pop up on my phone.

For example, I took such photos in Sokolniki in 2019 and I don't want to go back:

No matter how tasty this trdelnik was, it would be superfluous today. Next time when there are free calories, I will definitely try it.

Walked up and went home. At home, coffee with milk (50 ml) and 20 g of chocolate - 140 kcal.

My new cappuccino maker works wonders and I don't know how I used to live without it. And everyone immediately wanted a homemade cappuccino, when they saw milk froth. And it turns out that many of you had a cappuccino maker and were silent about such a cool thing!

And I dined with meatball soup (460 g) - 200 kcal.

It's so good for the stomach after the soup - the holidays are over and now I will have soup for the most part for lunch, and it pleases.

Result of the day: 1450 kcal. B - 75, F - 55, U - 140.

Looking back, remembering all my attempts to lose weight, remembering the diets and hunger strikes that I arranged for myself, I understand how much I have lost.

After all, you can just live, enjoy going to a cafe, walk and pamper yourself with sweets, and not get angry with everyone around you, because they eat, and you are on a diet. And as a result, to break down and gorge on even more excess weight.

You can also rationally approach food, control yourself and just not overeat. And if intuitively he does not get control over his nutrition, then for the sake of yourself and your health, you can spend 15 minutes a day to calculate your diet.

Yes, by itself nothing happens in this life, and if we want to achieve a result, we must work hard. But you can make the process comfortable, and not punish losing weight.
