I was assured that I would not lose weight on my menu. And not only I have lost weight, but also many of my readers. My result is minus 63 kg.

For more than two years now, I have been blogging and talking about my experience of losing weight by counting calories and BJU. And all the time there are constantly those who start assuring me that I am doing everything wrong. Even now, when I have achieved even greater results than what I dreamed about, there are people who are beginning to prove that I never lose weight by eating the way I eat.

One thing is surprising - no one thinks that I have the result, so to speak. Why are these tips at all? And now it sounds pretty funny "I'll never lose weight".

But I want to say something else.

Someone advises to remove carbohydrates, someone fats, someone exclude cheese (after all, it makes you fat!), Bread and baked goods (they also get fat!) and you can continue this list of products that need to be limited long. And someone claims that you can lose weight only on 1200 calories, or better by 600 and quickly!

And someone thinks about what such advice will lead to and himself follows his own advice or just picked up information from all over the Internet, but did not apply it in practice?

For example, my health is more important to me - that's why I stopped looking for new diets, and studied information on the most comfortable way to lose weight, which does not lead to health problems, if you do everything right.

Restrictions and strict diets of 1000 kcal or less will never lead you to permanent results. If you do not break loose and lose weight, you will still return to your normal diet, because it is impossible to limit yourself to a variety of foods all your life and eat 600 - 1000 kcal. The base metabolism of the average person is 1200! And this is the minimum that is necessary to maintain the healthy life of the body.

And as soon as, after losing weight, you return to your normal diet, you will gradually regain excess weight. After all, it was on this food that you got it. So why shouldn't he come back?

Without changing our eating habits and constantly monitoring nutrition, we will continue to walk in circles and jump from diet to diet.

It is not necessary to limit yourself to products that someone called the enemies of slimness. It is important not to overeat and give the body all the substances and elements it needs.

It's a pity that I only realized this a little more than two years ago. And someone still cannot understand, but "advises advice".

I'll tell you about my menu on the count of KBZHU.

Monday was hard for me. After the New Year holidays, falling asleep early (to get up early, have breakfast and get to work) did not work. All the same, the sleep regime has been disrupted and you will have to get used to it again. As a result, I slept. I planned one breakfast, but quickly made sandwiches, there was no time for anything else.

Breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsky bread (60 g) with fish paste (60 g) and cherry. I got it for breakfast 310 kcal.

I had breakfast and went to rake everything that I had accumulated over the New Year holidays. We must get out of the habit of resting and starting to work, but how can we not want to! Do you also have after rest: through strength for work?

Took a break for a snack. I understand that I need to eat fruits and more vegetables, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I could hardly persuade myself to eat that ridiculous amount of cherry tomatoes that were for breakfast - and then only because I had already cut them.

Recently, you want more meat, and since the body is asking for it, it means you need to give it what it asks for.

So for a snack I made myself green tea and cut off homemade ham from a turkey drumstick (130 g) - 230 kcal.

For lunch I ate pickle, which I cooked on beef the other day. 450 g pickle and 30 g sour cream 15% - 240 kcal.

After lunch I didn’t want to work at all, the gray matter didn’t want to think and perform its function at all. I read your comments, shamed myself that I haven't baked home-made whole grain bread for a long time - and it takes only 5 minutes to knead the dough! She got up, went to knead the dough and put down the bread.

I still have cutlets for dinner for everyone. I persuaded myself that I would make cauliflower puree for them.

Closer to evening, I had free time and since there was almost no need to cook dinner (just boil the side dish), I decided to cook a dessert that I had long thought of.

So before dinner I went to the kitchen to cook.

Dinner - 100 g of minced chicken breast cutlets with turkey drumstick and cauliflower puree (200 g) with 10 g butter and 20 pickled ginger.

Dinner for 330 kcal.

After the holidays, we returned to our usual diet - we have an early dinner (at 17 o'clock) and I have been allowing myself carbohydrates in the evening for a long time, which in no way affected weight loss and now does not affect weight. Because the main rule of losing weight and maintaining weight is to observe the daily KBZHU, and the last meal should be 2-3 hours before bedtime, so that it is not hard on the stomach before bedtime.

Dessert, which I prepared before dinner, I ate with tea 3 hours before bedtime.

It turned out a portion of dessert for 355 kcal.

The result of the day: K - 1465, B - 77, F -77, U - 109.

I would also like to add today that it is not necessary to consider KBZhU all your life. Many begin to write to me, justifying their inaction, that counting calories all their lives is nonsense (by the way, the favorite word of haters).

During my weight loss, I, for example, learned to control nutrition and without counting, purely intuitively. But I continue to count, because I blog, because I want to show those who need it, the principle of losing weight and maintaining weight on a calorie deficit.
