Often, many understand the words "diet" as a short period of time in which it is necessary to lose weight at any cost.
At the same time, everyone has different goals - to lose weight for the holiday in order to defeat everyone, or lose weight in order to fit into a new dress, and so on.
And now all the forces are aimed at losing weight in order to lose weight in a short time. Hunger strikes and severe restrictions are being used.
Diet, lose weight and finallyreturn to normal diet. And regular food often borders on overeating.
And the result of such a return is not long in coming. The weight is coming back and even more than it was. You put on a new dress, walked it, but you will soon forget about it, because you will not fit into it again.
I decided that all these diets and hunger strikes were not for me, although all my adult life I was losing weight just like that.
But I came to the understanding that I want to lose weight once and for all. At the same time, do not ruin my health and so that it is tasty and satisfying for me.
Therefore, I chose a calorie deficit.
Only 15% of the deficit from the norm that we need per day to maintain life, and we grow slim in front of the amazed and, at first, do not believe in anything friends.
No, you don't need to count calories all your life, but you need to at least intuitively, roughly understand that one more piece is too much.
And first of all, it is necessary to understand and put in your head that if we want to be always slim and beautiful - there should be constant control of nutrition, but at the same time, you can not deny yourself some sweets, but know the limits.
I'll go to the menu.
I have already said that lately I constantly want fish, and in any form. It's good that one of you reminded me of a fish chain store in Moscow. They sell only sea fish, including minced meat, and there are often promotions. On weekends I bought there. I bought both minced pollock, frozen chum and just pollock. I thought that I would leave all the money in the store, but with the shares it turned out to be quite a profitable acquisition. I also plan to buy minced meat on occasion. It turned out to be good, I tried it for the first time.

I was already preparing cutlets from minced meat. Half of the chum salted at the weekend and the salted fish is ready!
Therefore, today breakfast is sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (65 g) with 10 g of butter and 90 g of salted chum salmon.
I ate sandwiches with green tea.
Breakfast came out on 370 kcal.
Again, I forgot that I ran out of whole grain rye flour and did not buy it, so with homemade whole grain bread, I'm in flight for now.
Today I have 40 g of dried cranberries and green tea for percussion - 125 kcal.
I didn't eat all the cranberries for a snack, but stretched them out for the whole day with tea.
I had a snack while working at the computer.
Today I seem to have work, but not all urgent. Therefore, I decided to free up time and cook PP chakhokhbili for dinner. Recently I remembered about him and really wanted such a tasty treat, and boiled bulgur for a side dish. Enough for a couple of days. And considering that yesterday I fried fish cakes, which are also enough for several days - I will have time to work - there is no need to cook.
For lunch - 140 g of boiled bulgur, 200 g of PP chakhokhbili (weight with gravy and minus the bones from the chicken leg).
Lunch went out on 370 kcal.
After lunch, at work, I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.
For dinner, 210 g of fish cakes (made from pollock mince) and vegetable salad (cucumber, tomato, green tea - only 160 g), seasoned with sour cream 10%.
Dinner for 260 kcal.
And after dinner, 2 hours before bedtime, I drank green tea with 40 g of dried mango - 100 kcal.
In just a day, I got 1335 kcal. B-90, F - 53, U - 130.
I went through 10 g of carbohydrates and did not get 7 g of fat according to my BJU
After the holidays dedicated to March 8, I actively drink some water to expel the fluid that has lingered in the body. I always put a bottle of water next to me so that I catch my eye more often.
And as usual, I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach before each meal.
