Ingredients:
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- milk - 300 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 10 g (for greasing the mold)
Step by step recipe
1. Break 6 eggs into a bowl. Pour in 300 ml of milk. Pour half a teaspoon of salt here.
Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.

2. Lubricate the baking dish with butter from the bottom and sides.
To ensure that the omelet is always tall, bake it in a small baking dish. I took a form measuring 24 x 10 cm.
Pour the prepared egg-milk mixture into a baking dish.
3. We put everything in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake for exactly 30 minutes.
4. Cut the finished, still hot omelet into portions and serve.
