No festive table is complete without snacks. And canapes, by right, can be considered the favorite of all appetizers.
I offer you 3 more fresh ideas for holiday canapes - with turkey fillet and fruit; with pickled mushrooms, cucumber and turkey; and also with bread rolls. They are delicious, bright and very easy to prepare. Such small snacks on skewers will look great on a festive table. And they are also irreplaceable at buffets and banquets and always fly away with a bang.

Canape No. 1
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 200 g
- orange - 1 pc.
- canned pineapples - 4 rings
Marinade for meat
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe:
1. Let's prepare the meat first.
We take about 300 - 350 g of turkey fillet. We cut it into flat pieces. Each piece should be about 1-1.5 cm thick.
This amount of fillets is enough for us to prepare 2 types of canapes.
2. Pour 2 tablespoons into a bowl. vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Pepper with black pepper and stir.
3. Put prepared fillet pieces in this sauce. Mix everything so that the sauce is evenly distributed over the meat and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
4. While the fillet is marinated, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cut the canned pineapple rings into pieces. You can also take slices of pineapple that have already been cut.
5. Take 1 orange and cut off the peel from it along with the film.
Carefully cut out each orange slice without a film with a knife. Cut the prepared orange slices into slices.
6. The fillet is already pickled. Lubricate a well-heated grill pan with vegetable oil. Put pieces of marinated meat on it.
Fry the meat until tender, first on one side, and then on the other.
You can also fry the fillets in a regular skillet or bake them in the oven.
7. Remove the finished fillet from the pan and let it cool.
Cut the cooled fillet into small pieces.
8. We fold the canapes.
On a skewer, string a piece of orange, pineapple, fried meat, pineapple, orange. So we prepare all the canapes.

Step by step recipe:

We have already prepared the turkey fillet in the first version of the canapé, now we will prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cut off the top and bottom of one sweet pepper. Cut out the seed box. First cut the pepper into strips, then into small squares.
2. Cut the cucumber into slices about one and a half centimeters thick.
Then we cut these circles in half into two semicircles.
3. We fold the canapes.
First, string the pickled mushroom on a skewer, then a slice of pepper. Tear off a piece of lettuce and fold it two or three times. We string a leaf of lettuce and a slice of turkey on a skewer.
We insert all this into the prepared cucumber. So we cook all the canapes on skewers.

Optionally, the turkey can be replaced with ham.
Canape No. 3
Ingredients:
- toaster bread - 1/2 loaf
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- green olives - 1 can
- cream cheese with herbs (Almette) - 100 g
Step by step recipe:
1. And the third will make canapes with bread. They are original, simple and delicious.
Let's prepare the ingredients.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Take a piece of toaster bread and cut off the edges from it.
Roll out the crumb with a rolling pin into a thin layer.
3. Lubricate it with cream cheese. I smeared Almette cream cheese with herbs. You can also brush it with melted amber cheese.
Roll the bread into a roll.
4. If the edges turned out to be ugly, then we cut them off with a knife.
