It is difficult to immediately determine what is in the filling by taste! It's very, very tasty! One of my favorite recipes! Delicious onion pie, which we call "Onion Pizza". Would recommend if you haven't tried it.

How to cook
First the dough. Sift part of the flour (about 300 g) into a bowl, add dry yeast, mix. Then here - vegetable oil, salt, sugar and a glass of WARM water.
I knead the dough. It really sticks to your hands, but that's okay! I grease my hands with vegetable oil to collect the dough into a lump. I cover the bowl of dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for about half an hour.
During this time, I will prepare the filling. I cut the onion into half rings and fry until soft.
I add salt, pepper, finely chopped bacon (I take just a little bit - 50 g, that's enough). I fry for a few more minutes and add sour cream. After a minute I put the filling in a bowl and let it cool slightly. Then I drive in an egg, mix - and the filling is ready.
Return to test. I put it on the board, add more flour. And I knead the dough until it stops sticking to my hands. but I add a little flour so that I don't hammer the dough with flour! Usually it takes me 350-450 g of flour (depending on the flour itself).
If you don't like messing around with dough, you can take ready-made yeast from the store. But homemade tastes better, of course.
Recipe:
• Onions - 500 g
• Bacon - 50 g (can be replaced with sausage or completely excluded)
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Sour cream - 50 g
• Ground black pepper
• Vegetable oil
• Salt
For the dough (if ready - 400-450 g):
Flour - 350-450 g
• Warm water - 250 ml
• Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
*** The size of my baking sheet is 30x40 cm
I roll out the dough to the size of the baking sheet. My baking sheet is 30x40 cm. I spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. You can leave it for 5 minutes. But you can immediately spread the filling.
I distribute all the filling evenly. And I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
You can serve immediately. But it is also very tasty when cold!
