Briefly for those who first came to visit me - information about the calorie deficit and weight loss on it:

Often you ask how to be at a party, on vacation, at an event, when there is no way to count calories.

Today I had one of those days.

We went to visit my uncle, to my mother's hometown - Kolomna.

It turned out that I could control exactly my food only in the morning and in the evening.

The rest of the time I just chose what I could afford to eat or tried just a little.

The basic principles that I follow in such situations:

  • choose less high-calorie meals,
  • eat in small portions
  • more vegetables, less baked goods,
  • or relax and eat everything (if it is impossible to choose, everything is high-calorie and already unusual), but not pounced on food, as if you are seeing it for the first time.

Control over the amount eaten should be not only on ordinary days, but also on loading days and on cheat days. Otherwise, you can cross out in one day - weeks of labor, since on average we will not get a deficit, but the calorie norm or even its excess.

I'll tell you how my day went today and show the menu of the day.

We got up early. In order not to get stuck in traffic jams and quickly get to Kolomna.

Therefore, I had breakfast at about 6 in the morning.

I had breakfast with what is the fastest to cook - sandwiches on whole grain bread (50 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (30 g).

Breakfast came out on 250 kcal.

And right after breakfast we got together and went to visit. We drove for about 2 and a half hours.

Koloma is a very beautiful city. There are many churches - you can see them at the entrance to the city. And the preserved fragment of the Kolomna Kremlin is an architectural monument. It was there that Marina Mnishek, the wife of False Dmitry the first and then the second, was imprisoned. She was crowned as the Russian Tsarina.

But unfortunately, we came to visit for one day and there was no opportunity to take a walk around the most beautiful places of Kolomna.

And upon arrival we were given tea with pancakes and strawberry jam.

I ate one pancake and a quarter teaspoon of strawberry jam.

I don't know how many calories it is, but I estimated it roughly 190 kcal (prescription from sieves 30)

And I forgot to take a picture, they started talking, they haven't seen each other for a long time.

Having gone to visit grandparents, who have not been with us for a long time, we all went to the garden (to the dacha, but for some reason we always called it a garden).

This garden was planted and raised by my grandfather, and now my uncle, who lives nearby, is engaged in it.

We collected berries: raspberries, garden strawberries, all kinds of herbs, cucumbers. They were treated, so treated!

In honor of a rare meeting, we had barbecues and had a good time in the open air in the garden, talked.

As always, I ate chicken breast kebab. It's good that my relatives know that I don't eat fatty meat.

I ate no more than 200 g of chicken kebab, a lot of vegetables and herbs, as well as a little tortilla fried on charcoal.

Roughly rated lunch at 600 kcal.

By the way, try to grill something like an Uzbek flatbread on charcoal grills on a picnic, when you cook barbecue, having torn it into portioned pieces in advance. Hot, crispy tortilla flies first 👍

Towards evening we drove home. While we drove through traffic jams, we got hungry.

It's good that we had chicken broth at home and boiled noodles.

Dinner - 300 g of chicken broth and 50 g of boiled vermicelli - 200 kcal.

And how can you not eat fresh hand-picked strawberries while relaxing after such a great day with a traditional evening movie.

200 g of strawberries and 150 g of curdled milk - 190 kcal.

In just a day it turned out according to my approximate calculations 1430 kcal.

I tried to drink water, but according to my feelings I did not drink the norm. But it was not hot today, which means that the body should not be dehydrated so much.
