Light SNACKS on the Festive table
Light SNACKS on the Festive table

Beautiful and light snacks on bread will decorate any festive table. They are delicious and very easy to prepare.
They can be served at a festive or buffet table. They also go well with wine.
I offer three options for snacks on bread. You can cook all three or choose just one.

Also, in these snacks, crispbread can be easily replaced with a salty sandwich cracker or toasted pieces of bread.
Guests always love these light holiday snacks.

Option number 1

Ingredients:

  • crispbreads (crackers or bread)
  • cottage cheese
  • bell pepper - 1/2 pc.
  • black olives (olives)
  • fresh dill

Step by step recipe

1. Let's make the first snack option.
Let's prepare the ingredients first.
Cut the black olives into rings.
Cut half of the red pepper into small cubes.

2. We grease the crispbread with curd cheese, for example Almette.
A salty sandwich cracker can be used in place of crispbread.

On one side, put several slices of olives on the bread. On the other hand, lay out the pepper cubes.
Decorate the top with a sprig of dill.

The first version of the snack is ready.
