✅I needed the following foods for 3 servings:
- 3 small chicken breast fillets (550 g),
- a jar of soft cottage cheese - 120 g (you can use yogurt. I have cottage cheese 0%),
- Bavarian mustard - a full tablespoon (40 g. You can use any not very hot mustard - Dijon, Bavarian, French).
- 40 g of semi-hard cheese (it is better to use cheese with a fat content of less than 45%),
- 60 g pickled cucumbers (I have gherkins),
- 30 g of Korean carrots.
- salt, black pepper to taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon dry garlic, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and a pinch of dry ground ginger.
✅Cooking.
On the chicken breast, we make cuts in the form of a mesh, put it in a baking dish.
Cooking the marinade.
We mix soft cottage cheese, mustard and spices (salt, pepper, dry garlic, turmeric, ground ginger).
Pour the marinade over the breast and coat well so that the marinade hits all the cuts.
Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and lay them in the cuts with cucumbers.
Fill in the cuts in Korean carrots.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the breast.
We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
