What helped me say goodbye to being overweight? Only counting calories and their deficit. No diets have given such a result, and I have tried many of them! Each diet is a significant restriction in food, possibly hunger, restriction in your favorite food. Not everyone is able to withstand a strict diet, both physically and mentally.

Calorie counting gave me the opportunity to eat almost everything I want, not to deprive myself of bread, pastries, pasta, favorite fruits, going to cafes, festive feasts.

You just need to reconsider your diet in the direction of reducing the calorie content of foods, know your rate and not overeat it.

I'll move on to my menu for today.

Today I have a cheese cake for breakfast - delicious!

I did it according to the recipe that I already shared with you, but I replaced 1 egg with a spoonful of sour cream, it seemed to me that this makes the cake more tender.

Breakfast came out on 390 kcal.

After breakfast, I wrote a detailed article for you, just using the example of a recipe for a cheese cake from breakfast, on how to calculate the calorie content of a finished dish. I tried to explain everything in great detail. Soon, maybe even tomorrow, I will publish a prepared article for you.

Regular subscribers know that I have already talked about how to count the KBZhU dishes that we ourselves prepare. But thanks to Zen, who canceled the format of narratives, in which I had a hint for you about the calculation of KBZhU.

I ran to the store today for condensed milk and fruit. I didn’t buy any fruit, nothing else - there are rotten remains. Do not have time to spread something? Unclear.

And I bought condensed milk. Why would you tell me condensed milk?) I'll bake a cake on Thursday. My husband and I have a wedding anniversary on Friday. There were a lot of plans! But all plans collapsed, as you understand. So I decided to pamper everyone with my signature honey cake, which in my family is always prepared according to the same recipe.

Just a question for you - do you want a recipe for a branded honey cake? Should I bother with a photo or are everyone losing weight and you don't need a cake?

Arriving home, I had a bite of buckwheat bread (25 g) with 45 g of processed cheese - 235 kcal

And how good it is when I have prepared more cutlets in advance and boiled buckwheat - you can not bother about one of the meals for several days - just warmed up and ate.

So, lunch - 100 g of buckwheat (boiled weight) and 170 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese. And also some vegetables (cucumber + tomato - only 100 g).

My lunch went out to 375 kcal.

After lunch, I weighed 15 grams of dried cranberries and 15 peanuts, poured green tea and went to work at the computer. I ate cranberries and nuts until the evening - 130 kcal.

For dinner, she stewed vegetables (a frozen mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - 200 g) and baked a chicken breast in a mustard marinade, curd with cheese.

It turned out 200 g of vegetables, 120 g of chicken breast - 280 kcal.

In total, 1410 kcal per day turned out.

And as always, to help the calorie deficit - a drinking regimen and physical education. Not sports, but physical education.

And now a moment of glory. What kind of people are they? Well, they will not let themselves be fooled, they immediately saw through me!
