But there are many barriers that we set ourselves on the path to a slim figure:

- I can not control their eating behavior and all the time I want to eat,
- I do not understand the close.
And many, many reasons, which we ourselves have come up with to justify to himself.
Yes, it is very difficult to change anything, everything new is always given hard as any test that most of us would rather avoid.
For a long time we lived according to certain rules, eating the exact same food, we are accustomed to a certain lifestyle, and everything is new - it is for us to stress.
It is therefore very important to find your motivation, to understand why we need to lose weight:
- we want to be healthy and live a long time,
- we want to feel good about themselves, and not to suffer obesity associated diseases.
- we want to be beautiful, slim, attract attention, create a family,
- we want an active and interesting life,
- we want to be vigorous and healthy, to get a career, to do their business.
Finding motivation - it is easier to start your journey.
And get used to a new lifestyle and imperceptibly merge with Him by counting calories and minimal deficit - 15-20%.

For breakfast, which I at 8 am, fried eggs from two eggs with cherry tomatoes (50 g) and cheese (30 g). It turned out I 310 kcal.
I ate my scrambled eggs and I understand that not gorged reason.
I looked into the application figured that I have in the presence of the preparation and planning that today from eating and realized that I can afford to loose tea sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with curd cheese (15 g) and carp roe (20g) - 130 kcal.
As a result, breakfast came on 440 kcal.
Up to 10 hours, I worked at the computer, and then ran to the store for essentials.
I thought just come from the street and popyu hot tea, the weather is disgusting, and even the wind such already howling. Still not quite recovered and did not want to aggravate.
Returning - eat and so I wanted to eat with tea a couple of plates of cream cheese that did not limit myself, although planned just fruits and tea.
On undershot 40 g of cream cheese with green tea and 100 g feijoa, which then gradually eats at work.
The result undershot on 165 kcal.
During the day, at work, ate more than 20g cashew - 130 kcal.
For lunch I had bows of durum wheat with a chicken breast in a creamy sauce. I prepared them yesterday for a family dinner, and myself left for today lunch.
220 g of the ribbons with chicken cream sauce and 80 g of cherry tomatoes left on 300 kcal. Who confuse calorie makaroshek - will soon be a prescription, it is sure to be able to count them.
For dinner, I baked for the whole family with an orange chicken with spices and traditionally I got chicken breast.
For baked chicken I made the salad, that's a okoloPP dinner we had and do not have to invent something, seek time and cook separately. Anything is possible, if you find those dishes that will suit everyone both in taste and content.
Dinner 180 grams of chicken breast baked with 140 g of orange and tomato salad, red onions, herbs and garlic, filled with olive oil.
Dinner turned on 260 kcal.
Total for the day came in 1295 kcal.
I keep drinking regime, drink somewhere in 2 liters of water without considering green tea. Drinking water on empty stomach and then before each reception glass of food. The remaining water gets during the day if desired.
In the gym I did not go and did not go. Doing at home (fitness tape, strap for leg exercises, squats), plus walking - walk in good weather.
Today, I suddenly realized that the coming weekend - this is the last free weekend before my New Year and it's time to buy Christmas presents for relatives.
Just imagine what will be happening in the stores. According to past experience, before the New Year in the stores is better not to show the nose, and we try to buy everything for 3 weeks, and sometimes even earlier.
