Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- cream 10% - 150 ml (sour cream)
- Dijon mustard (French, granular) - 1 tbsp. l.
- curry (seasoning) - 1 tsp l.
- marjoram - 1 tsp l.
- salt - 1 tsp l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. (for mold lubrication)
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the meat first.
Two chicken breasts, with a total weight of about 500 g, and we make transverse cuts on them. Cut with a knife to the middle of the piece.
2. Transfer the chicken breasts to a bowl.
Salt for about 1 tsp. l. salt, pour in 1 tsp. curry seasonings, 1 tsp dried marjoram, add 1 tbsp. l. mustard seeds or regular mustard and pepper.
We distribute everything well with our hands over the entire surface of the chicken breasts.
Leave the meat for 30 minutes to marinate.
3. In the meantime, let's prepare the pepper.
Take one large pepper and cut out a seed box with a tail from it.
Cut the pepper into 4 pieces and cut them into wide strips.
4. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Put the marinated chicken breasts in the prepared form.
Put a piece of chopped pepper in each cut. Put the remaining pepper on the sides.
5. We take 150 ml of cream and salt it a little. Mix everything until the salt dissolves.
I use 10% cream, you can also use 15% or sour cream.
Pour chicken breasts with prepared cream.
Cover the form with foil.
6. We put everything in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees. We bake for 20 minutes.
7. After 20 minutes, remove the foil from the mold and bake for another 20 minutes.
