As a student, I bought a Bounty bar almost every day. Almost not a single big change was complete without him, and there was no one for me then to say that it was very harmful, not only because that there is a huge amount of sugar, but also because in its composition, in addition to coconut flakes and chocolate, there is still a lot of everything "chemosis".
Now I make such sweets, because it is not only healthier, but frankly, tastier.
The composition of the sweets is outrageously simple, the main quality is here. The basis is, of course, coconut flakes, which are made without added sugar.
Only 100 grams is needed, to which I add 5 tablespoons of regular milk, and about 30 grams of powdered milk, I have coconut milk. It can be replaced with baby food.
Instead of sugar, I add honey, heat it to a liquid state in a water bath and add it to the mixture.
I mix everything well, the mass turns out to be sticky and you can easily mold a ball from it. So I do with all the prepared mass.
I send the resulting sweets to the freezer for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, I melt chocolate, take with the highest possible cocoa content, but you can quite safely take milk, as you like. I melt it in the microwave.
Chilled sweets keep their shape much better, so you can safely dip them in chocolate and send them back to the refrigerator for a few minutes, so that the chocolate cools.
And even if they do not look very presentable, for very tasty and without (or almost without) "harmful".
