Do you know why no more diets? Because I'm tired of diets, hunger and restrictions, tired of the fact that everything is impossible.

As far as I can remember, I have been on diets all the time. From school. I participated in all sports and dance sections at school in order to move more and lose weight, and of course I had to, as some commentators like to say, "eat less." So I didn't eat, and went in for dancing and sports. And the weight walked - sometimes in plus, then in minus. And it all depended on whether I was on a diet or finished the next torment and joyfully celebrate this event with a bun.

Over time, physical activity became less, and stress and sedentary work saddled their business. I was caught in a vicious circle, like many of you. The next diet brought results, if there was no breakdown and jamming. And upon returning to normal food and weight returned. And I did not understand the simple truth - I will eat as usual - so the weight will return and grow. And the weight grew.

The only thing that helped me understand my dietary mistakes, change my eating habits, learn control nutrition, understand how much food I need and accustom myself to a new lifestyle - this is counting calories and BJU.

The amount of food has increased, but its calorie content has decreased, which allows me to eat comfortably and tasty.

I got oatmeal with fish for breakfast. 455 kcal.

For the preparation of osvyanoblin, I used 30 g of sour cream 15%, 1 chicken egg (60 g), 20 g of whole grain rice flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder. I fried about 1 g of butter on both sides until tender, greased with 30 g of curd cheese, laid out 10 g of lettuce leaves (usually I do not weigh lettuce leaves and herbs) and 75 g of lightly salted fish.

It is delicious and satisfying.

How do you like the weather? In our suburbs, after night frosts at minus 28 degrees, a sharp warming up to +5 in the afternoon. I sympathize with all meteorological people, I myself am. But no one will do our work for us. Somehow I finished it to a snack with a cast-iron head.

For a snack I ate cottage cheese casserole with cranberries (130 g) - 265 kcal.

For lunch, funchose with mushrooms: 50 g of funchose - dry weight, 200 g of mushrooms, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

It turned out lunch for 240 kcal.

And after lunch I drank tea with 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal.

For dinner, a plate (450 g) of pea soup with smoked paprika and whole grain bread (30 g). Dinner 335 kcal.

In the evening, hours before bedtime, I ate 150 g of soft cottage cheese - 150 kcal.

My day turned out to be 1550 kcal. B - 100, F - 66, U - 134.
