Here it is tasty, comfortable to slim down and maintain their weight, giving up diets that did not bring a stable result.
After all, what do we, all losing weight, need?
1 - lose weight from yourself.
2 - keep the achieved result.
I also want not to starve and not to limit myself harshly.
And all this is possible thanks to such a method of losing weight as counting calories:
Power must always be monitored! And only with constant control of nutrition will we be able not only to lose weight, but also to maintain the result.
After diets, weight gain is inevitable, since we return to the previous diet, which has already led us to excess weight and will lead us again.
I will not tire of repeating simple truths that for some reason reach us (including me) for a very long time: we must come to such a diet, which we can always adhere to, all our life, if we want to lose weight and keep result.
It is impossible to sit on a diet all your life. But it is quite possible to control oneself, after the expiration of time, already intuitively.
If there is a desire to be beautiful, slim, healthy - there will be a result!

I donβt remember, unfortunately, who advised me to try chocolate ricotta, but many thanks to this person. If I didnβt like the usual ricotta, then the chocolate one was very good.
For breakfast I made a rice pancake (35 g of kefir, 1 egg, 25 g of flour, salt, sahzam, baking powder).
Rice pancake greased with 60 g of chocolate ricotta, folded in half, cut into 4 pieces and poured 25 g of raspberry jam.
It may not turn out very beautifully in the photo, but it is very, very tasty!
Luxurious breakfast, mood for the whole day and everything 410 kcal.
After such a breakfast, I didn't feel like eating for a long time and I have oranges for a snack (170 g) - 65 kcal.
For lunch, chicken broth, which I boiled on the drumstick (I removed all the fat skin from the drumstick and cut off the fat, but the soup still turned out to be rich).
A plate of chicken broth (420 g including meat) with boiled noodles TSP (70 g) and whole grain bread (5 g) - 365 kcal.
After lunch, I drank tea with 40 g of dried mango - 95 kcal.
For dinner, a casserole with turkey breast and vegetables, which I recently cooked for myself. I froze the leftovers so that I could eat them up on occasion. And today there is such a case when in the evening you don't want to cook anything. A frozen casserole was used - 300 g.
Dinner for 315 kcal.
And so I look at my BJU at the end of the day and see a terrible lack of fat and calories. And great! Because I really want nuts, but not 5 pieces, but a lot of nuts. Ate nuts on 260 kcal - this is 40 g.
My day turned out to be 1500 kcal. B - 106, F - 58, U - 136.
