I was able to lose weight after struggling with it for many years.

Why couldn't I lose weight once and for all? Because I used, like many of the slimming ones, various diets and having lost weight on one of the diets, I returned to my normal diet and, naturally, gorged on excess weight again. It is logical that if food has led to excess weight, then returning to it will again bring back the kilograms that have been expelled with such difficulty.

Only after realizing that it is always necessary to control nutrition in order not to gain excess weight again - I was able to lose weight and support my result.

At the same time, there should not be a return to the previous way of life, to the eating habits that brought us excess weight.

And as a result, I came to counting calories and balancing BJU.

The basic rule is to keep your daily calorie intake. If we want to lose weight, we eat with a slight deficit from our norm. We just want to maintain weight - we eat within our normal limits. And overeating above the norm leads to weight gain.

At the same time, in my diet I have sandwiches, and dumplings, and pasta, and cutlets and various pastries. But I try to prepare all the dishes so that their calorie content is as low as possible.

And once again - everyone has their own calorie rate! Those who look only at pictures and do not think about the text usually give out comments that on such a menu, he would not fit in the door and others like that.

If the topic of harmony is interesting - a person studies information, replenishes his piggy bank of knowledge and already the more he knows that it has long been proven - only a decrease in the calorie content of the diet leads to harmony.

Even loading my favorite rolls on Saturday did not go well - it was hard for me. And I didn't even want to think about a walk in such weather, although we usually combine a trip to Moscow with a walk.

But this time, they quickly decided their affairs in Moscow and home, to dine with rolls. But the rolls were not happy either, as I said.

On Sunday, I decided that I would eat whatever I wanted, but within the calorie range. I'm definitely not going to overeat for two days in a row.

We all know that overeating is the main cause of excess weight.

For breakfast, the last fish from the hotel was used, which the reader handed to me.

I enjoyed my favorite sandwiches with gorgeous fish. The sandwiches were for 70 g of Darnitsa bread with 15 g of butter and 80 g of lightly salted smoked fish.

I got it for breakfast 435 kcal.

The plans for the day were to spend time like a seal - the blues attacked me.

And yesterday we drove past the bakery and went to buy fresh bread in the shop at the factory. The bread is delicious there.

We moved to the Moscow region almost two years ago and during this time I have not found bread here, at least similar to that of the bakery.

And the two huge queues at the store for bread and buns speak for themselves. 2021 - a line for bread. I haven't seen this for a long time.

While standing in line, we looked at very delicious buns and decided to buy not only bread, but also buns for tea. I also took one cinnamon bun for myself - I thought I could afford it.

I don’t understand at all how those who work in such places are holding themselves back. The aromas of fresh baked goods are so tempting.

I decided to eat a bun today for a snack with tea.

Found the calorie content of buns from this bakery on the site - 100 g - 335 kcal. One bun is exactly 100g.

Enough to "tune" me until 11 o'clock. I looked at the tree, looked and took it apart. Well, not until May, can she stand? Without the tree it became somehow empty and sad. But the ellipse simulator took its rightful place. From February 1, I start to study on it again.

I did not plan to cook anything today - even in the morning I knew that I would cook dumplings on all.

My portion of dumplings - 160 g (frozen weight) with 40 g sour cream 10% - 390 kcal.

After dinner, she again pretended to be a seal. We watched films, and drops were knocking on the windowsill - the snow was melting. Atrocious weather.

I really look forward to spring, when the eye rejoices in the waking greenery, everything blooms and smells sweet. In such weather, you want to walk and walk!

For dinner, a portion of julienne (200 g) and some vegetables (120 g) were waiting for me - 305 kcal.

The result of my day: K - 1465, B - 78, F - 64, U - 130.

A surprisingly good BJU turned out, although today I did not strive to comply with it.

So far, everything is bad with vegetables in stores, and those plastic vegetables that are sold in winter do not really want to eat - I included fiber in the diet.
