I want to share a recipe for a wonderful pie, the dough is prepared in a matter of minutes, the filling is very simple, but delicious. By the way, you can use any filling in such a pie.
Dough:
250 ml of kefir
250-300 grams of flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste
We combine all the ingredients, you should get a soft dough, slightly sticking to your hands. We put the dough aside and start preparing the filling.
To do this, cut one large onion not very finely and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
We send onions to minced meat, do not forget about salt, pepper and spices. Mix well.
Roll out the dough into a round layer about 1 cm thick and put the filling in the center as in the photo 👇.
Next, pinch all the free edges of the dough in the center and roll out the cake again with a rolling pin.
The rolled cake must be carefully transferred to a baking sheet with the seam down.
Pierce the pie with a fork in several places and brush with yolk. The oven by this time should already be preheated to 180 degrees.
We set our cake to bake for 30-35 minutes. After removing the cake from the oven, you still need to cover it with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
The pie turns out to be very tasty, juicy and believe me, one piece will not be enough ...
