Today I will share a recipe for a new salad for me with an interesting name "San Lorenzo". The recipe is very handy, because the New Year holidays are ahead, it will take its rightful place on any festive table and guests will definitely appreciate it.
The first thing to do is prepare the chicken breast. For this, you need to salt it, add Provencal herbs and a little olive oil. Wrap the breast in foil and send to bake in the oven until tender.
The cooled meat must be cut into small pieces. In the same way, chop two hard-boiled chicken eggs.
Next, we send freshly chopped chalk to the salad bowl
cucumber. And now the fun part ...
We add two ingredients to the salad that make it unique - walnuts and prunes, they also need to be finely chopped. I add prunes a little more than indicated in the recipe, not 40 grams, but 60, so it turns out, in my opinion, tastier.
It is also necessary to add some greens for freshness, it can be any lettuce leaves, I add lettuce. You can use mayonnaise as a dressing, but I replace it with sour cream, to which I add a little salt and lemon juice.
The best time to season salad is before serving.

Chicken eggs 2 pcs
Cucumber 1 pc medium
Prunes 40 - 60 grams
Walnut 40 grams
Lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing
