- flour - 2 cups
- butter - 150 g
- sugar - 3/4 cup
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 2 tbsp. l.
- baking powder - 10 g
- white chocolate - 200 g
- black chocolate - 50 g
Step by step recipe
1. Put 150 g of soft butter in a bowl and add ¾ cup of sugar. Grind everything with a spoon until smooth.
2. Break 1 egg into this mixture and mix everything again.
3. Pour 3 tbsp here. cocoa. We mix everything.
4. Pour 2 tbsp. milk and mix again.
5. Add half the flour to the dough and add 1 tsp. baking powder. First, mix with a spoon, and then with your hands. Gradually add the rest of the flour.
6. It took me 2 glasses of flour to knead the dough.
The dough should be soft and pliable.
7. Roll out the finished dough on the table. The thickness of the dough should be about 5 mm.
Cut out cookies with a mold in the form of a heart.
8. Remove the excess dough, roll it out again and cut out the cookies.
Put the hearts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
9. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. and bake for about 10 minutes.
10. Let the cooked liver cool.
11. While the cookies are cooling, prepare the chocolate.
Put 200 g of chopped chocolate in a bowl and put in a water bath. Stir the chocolate constantly. The water should be no more than 50 degrees, otherwise the chocolate will overheat and curdle. Be careful not to get water in the chocolate. If the chocolate doesn't want to melt, add a couple of tablespoons of well-warm milk or cream.
12. On the table we spread the foil on which we will dry the cookies.
Take one cookie and dip it in chocolate on one side and then on the other. Shake off excess chocolate. We spread the gingerbread cookies on foil. This is how we decorate all the cookies.
13. After covering all the cookies with white chocolate, cook the dark one.
Break 50 g of dark chocolate into a bowl and melt it in a water bath in the same way.
14. We make a cornet for chocolate from parchment paper. Fill the cornet with chocolate and twist it on top.
15. Cut off the tip of the cornet and apply stripes of chocolate to the gingerbread hearts.
First, we apply stripes to one side, and then to the other.
16. It took 2 hours for the chocolate to completely solidify on the cookies.
