Cooking:
Mix eggs and salt to taste in a bowl.
Then add milk, flour and stir until smooth.
Pour some water (regular or mineral water can be taken). If the mass is thick, then you can add a little more water or milk.
The resulting mixture is poured into a heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. Cook the omelette under the lid over moderate heat on both sides.
Serve with vegetables or herbs.
For a family of 4, one small piece is obtained. You can always increase the proportions if you wish.
