Get the pumpkin out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to defrost, I froze a few large pieces with the peel, so they came in handy for me in this recipe.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the thawed pieces of pumpkin. Sprinkle spices and salt, drop vegetable oil on each piece of pumpkin, rub. Lay the marinated chicken drumsticks between the pumpkin pieces as I cooked them together.
Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° until the drumstick is ready, turn over a couple of times so that everything is evenly baked. The pumpkin turned out very juicy and tender, a little sweet. I served it as a side dish with chicken drumstick - a great combination! 👍
