Ingredients:
- milk - 200 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- flour - 100 g
- lemon - 1 pc.
- coconut flakes - 50 g
- butter - 50 g
Step by step recipe
1. Remove the zest from one lemon on a fine grater. We remove only the yellow part. If you take off the white one, it will taste bitter.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice out of it. In total, I got 60 ml of juice.
2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl. Begin to beat the eggs and gradually add 150 g of sugar. Beat for about 1 minute.
3. Pour 50 ml of melted butter over the beaten eggs. Add prepared lemon juice to this and add lemon zest. We mix everything.
4. Pour 200 ml of milk into the dough. Mix again.
5. Pour in 100 g of flour. Stir until smooth.
6. At the end of kneading, pour 50 g of coconut into the dough. Mix finally. The dough turns out to be liquid.
7. Place parchment paper on the bottom of the baking dish. The size of my form is 16 by 26 cm.
Pour the finished dough into a mold.
8. We put everything in the oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake in up + down mode for about 40-45 minutes.
9. Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool in the form.
Take the cooled cake out of the mold and cut into portions.
