Fairy cakes stuffed with meat - a great appetizer, as This pastry is delicious, albeit small.
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of pork
1 kg of flour
5 eggs
4 things. onions
450 c. margarine
200 gr. sour cream
1 h. l. marjoram
2 pinches ground pepper
Preparation:
1. In a bowl beat 4 eggs.
2. Add the softened margarine, 1 hr. l. salt, sour cream (leaving 1 tablespoon for stuffing) and portions enter the flour.
3. Knead a soft elastic dough and put into the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
4. Fatty pork cut into pieces and mince or chop in a food processor.
5. Onions finely chop or grind in a food processor and put in a bowl.
6. Add the onions into the prepared minced pork, marjoram, pepper, 3 pinches salt 1 tablespoon. l. sour cream.
7. Mix well and fight off the stuffing.
8. Chilled ready-made without yeast dough into 30-35 pieces, form balls and roll them in tortillas.
9. For each cake to put 1 tbsp. l. minced.
10. Connect the edges of the dough and pinch, to give form small patties.
Use your fingers to twist the fixed edge of the center in a pigtail.
11. Oiled baking.
Lay prepared pies on a baking tray.
Each patty lubricate the beaten egg yolk.
Bake pastry snack about 30 minutes until golden brown covered with a crust at 200 degrees.
Serve warm fragrant meat pies.
