Do you want to pamper yourself and loved ones with a delicious fish dish? Is it scary that expensive fish get too dry or go bad and the result will be disappointing?

We will tell you how simple, and most importantly, without bells and whistles, to make a luxurious banquet hot fish.

Delicious fish for a festive table with a minimum of additives: trout, salt and lemon

Ingredients:

steaks of red fish (trout, salmon, salmon, coho salmon, or whatever we have and managed to buy)
olive or any vegetable oil
lemon
salt
a mixture of ground peppers
foil
oven

How to cook:

1. Cut the fish into portions or steaks. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with towels.

2. Season each piece a little with ground pepper and salt. Sprinkle with a drop of lemon juice on top. Set aside for 5 minutes.

3. Cut several rectangles from the foil according to the number of fish pieces. Better to cut two pieces of foil per piece for density.

4. Brush the fish with oil on both sides and place in the center of the piece of foil.

6. Transfer the blanks to a baking sheet and... either put it in the refrigerator before the hour of the banquet, or, if the time has already come, place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ready!

Garnish with a slice of lemon when serving!
