Making a delicious raw oat soup (no cooking).

Ingredients:

1. Oatmeal - 1 cup (not quick and high quality)

2. Raisins - a handful

3. Dried apricots - 5 pieces

4. Water - 2 glasses

5. Honey - 1 tsp

Preparation

In the evening, we washed the raisins and dried apricots (if they are tough, then you can soak them until morning in water at room temperature).

In the morning, fill the oatmeal with hot water (but not boiling water), add raisins and dried apricots (you can pre- grind them with a blender), let stand for 10 minutes to let the oat milk stand out, mix and ready.

Alternatively, you can take half of the oatmeal and beat it in a blender with warm water for literally 10 seconds until oat milk is formed, strain it through a strainer and pour over our oatmeal soup.

Before using, add honey to our oatmeal soup for sweetness, stir and bon appetit! (you can make different versions of oat soups: with banana, raspberry and other fruits and berries).
