FIRE PIE WITH ONION
- Pour water at room temperature into a bowl, add salt and wheat flour.
- This dough can be perfectly kneaded by hand. In the process, add the melted fat (butter).
- When the dough has become homogeneous, round it, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
FILLING
- Cut the onions into thin half rings.
- Season with salt and stir.
- Cut the brisket into strips.
- This is the classic version. If you don't like brisket, you can replace it with any meat.
- Next, you need fresh cream or sour cream of the highest possible fat content (30% is good, 40% is even better).
- You can add some soft cottage cheese and spices to it, which you like.
- Take out the dough and divide it into quarters.
- Round each part of the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C degrees. Let the baking sheet also warm up.
- The dough can be rolled out to a thickness of 1 mm.
- Place the rolled dough on baking paper.
- Smear it with sour cream and lay out the onion and brisket.
- The filling needs to be distributed into four parts.
- Send the product to the oven, let the edges brown well. Approximate time is 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
The fire cake is ready, it cools down pretty quickly. Therefore, you need to eat it right away.

250 g flour
