Of course moderation is important, even with a low-calorie dishes. You can try everything, but not the same basins, right?)
My rule of thumb holidays - if you want to try more new dishes (at a party, for example) - luggage in a bowl half a spoon to understand the taste. And eat a lot and not try anything that has attracted.
It was the turn of salads. Certainly there are those who will want to put on the table a few salads. Without them?
I try to pick salads, among which there are for every taste.
My favorite, which I will prepare for the holiday table - a salad with boiled chicken liver, beans, pickled cucumbers and carrots in Korean. In such a salad necessarily add garlic and dressed with sour cream, mixed with mustard, salt and black pepper.

Another salad - a salad with orange, red salted fish, cheese and egg suluguni that fill with sour cream with mustard.

I would also like to offer a light salad with tuna, corn, cucumber and eggs, which is also dressed with sour cream with mustard. In the preparation of this salad, the most important thing to buy tuna that you have already tried and you liked the taste. I sometimes buy tuna different firms to try and choose the best and do not always have happy purchase.

Another salad that just like everyone who tries it - it's salad with chicken breast, mushrooms and peppers. Dressed with sour cream with mustard and do not forget about garlic. Be sure to fry all the ingredients on non-stick frying pan separately.

Well, quite a light salad, but no less delicious - a Greek salad. It looks bright, attracts attention and thus sufficient low-calorie.
For the Greek salad, I use bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, lettuce. Dressed with a little olive oil, I salt and pepper to taste.
This salad - would be ideal at the festive table for losing weight. Low in calories, fresh vegetables, bright eye-catching look!
