Today I want to share a recipe for Burenka pancakes. My girlfriend from Kazakhstan shared the recipe with me. Pancakes turn out to be unusual in taste, I heard about such a recipe before, but somehow I didn’t cook it myself, and here a friend was visiting me on a journey and made such pancakes for breakfast. Very tasty, I recommend it, I have already repeated it 2 times and will repeat it again.

Recipe:
warm milk -500ml
semolina -5 tbsp (100g)
egg -1pc
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar -1 tbsp
flour -140g
vegetable oil -50ml
COOKING METHOD
Pour warm milk into a bowl - this is a must if you heat it in the microwave or on the stove from the refrigerator. Now add 5 tablespoons. semolina (by weight it is 100 grams) Stir and leave the semolina to swell for 15-20 minutes.
Now we break 1 egg, add sugar 1 tbsp. like sweeter, you can add more, and half a tsp. salt. Mix and add 140 grams of sifted flour.
It is best to stir with a whisk, there will be no lumps with it. if there is no whisk, I recommend not pouring in all the milk at once, but adding half, and then when flour is added, pour in the other half of the milk.
Pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and mix. Let the dough stand for another 15 minutes, so that the flour swells and then the pancakes will not tear exactly during baking, and even the first pancake.
We take the pan from my pancake maker with a diameter of 22 cm, for the first pancake I grease the pan, then do not grease it, pour a little dough and distribute it evenly, try not to pour a lot of dough so that the pancakes turn out thin.
Now I will tell you a secret, if you make a small fire like I have 9 modes, now mode 6 is on, the pancakes turn out to be as spotty as a burenka,
If you add fire, the pancakes will turn out to be monochromatic, if you make the maximum, you will get openwork. The choice is yours. From this amount, 14 pancakes with a diameter of 22 cm are obtained. (you can clearly see it in the video below)
You can serve it with melted butter, lightly salted or with condensed milk, or at your discretion. Try to cook them very tasty, you will like it.
